Salary İnoksan, works with NET salary system.

 Performance and capabilities are taken as basis for pricing system.

• The wages are paid as 12 NET salaries.
• Once wage increase is made over the inflation adjusted salary.
• Premiums are given 4 times a year depending on the targeted performance.

Social Rights İNOKSAN provides food and transportation services to the employee. Along with that social contributions and business tools such as;

• Religious days contribution

• Working Order At İnoksan working hours are 45 hours per week generally. The working hours are 08:00 am to 06:00 pm between Monday-Friday for the factory and 08:30 am to 06:30 pm for the regional directorates. permitted leaves At İnoksan the permitted leaves such as annual leave, birth leave, death leave, marriage leave, leave without payment which are arising from the labor law and deserved by being providing the conditions regarding the work
