Corporate responsibility policies are prioritized for İnoksan having a corporate structure aware of the duties towards the society. İnoksan, by this structuring, adopts fulfilling its responsibilities against all its stakeholders as a principle from day one and develops projects for development of its employee, sector and society within this direction. The indispensable values of İnoksan while performing corporate responsibility projects are as following;
İnoksan, with the understanding of human resources to be the most important aspect of the sustainable growth, provides personal rights to be practiced full and correctly, approaches its employee in an honest and fair manner, and provides a non-discriminative secure and healthy working environment, does not accept any discrimination between the employee within the company or any stakeholders regarding language, race, gender, political opinion, faith, religion, sect, age, physical disability or for any reason whatsoever. İnoksan, taking the necessary measures in order to manage any environmental impact which may arise due to all kinds of activities with an awareness of responsibility, shall carry out all kinds of recovery and improvement works which will mitigate these impacts. İnoksan contributes to the boost of prosperity level, social awareness and creativity and to the social development within the geography of activity under the framework of social responsibility policies and in direction with the expectation and needs of the stakeholders. Especially the activities within education field supports the sustainability of the sector. İnoksan carries out projects in Training and Implementation Center Academy İnoksan, which had started its activities in 2006, which are enhanced and which we see as an investment to the future with the importance given to the training. İnoksan, showing its difference with E Type Kitchen Project which is established in order to have the prisoners of Bursa E Type Closed Prison to be reintegrated to the society after their release, has been appreciated for jury special prize in Golden Compass competition organized by TÜHİD. Implementation of all the principles stated in İnoksan Social Responsivity Policy documents shall be audited by the relevant units. Priority is given for implementation of each principle. This policy document has been prepared in order to share the commitment of İnoksan to fulfill its responsibility for a better world and a sustainable future with its employees and all other stakeholders.
