All seminars, symposia, workshops relevant to our sector are followed strictly and contributions are provided absolutely.
- The activities at R&D in Inoksan are determined by Product Design Procedure within the scope of ISO-9001/2000 and activities are held in accordance with this; thus the design quality is ensured. In this context, Inoksan continuously leads to bring new products to the sector in our country with unique products. The products developed by its R&D activities achieved the success in the international market competition.
- Today, the organizations that invest in R&D activities and distinguish financing have to make patents, utility models and industrial design registrations in order to safeguard these works and avoid unfair competition. All kinds of designs that we make as Inoksan register R&D activities. In this context, industrial product design over 35 was registered. Registration works were also planned for new products which have ongoing works.
- Inoksan R&D designs environment-friendly and energy-saving, technological products. It carries out new projects every year in collaboration with the Universities. Santez and TUBITAK projects are carried out by professor academics.
- Thanks to the products in field tests, there is always a contact with customers and end users and useful feedback is received and development recommendations for new products or existing products can be performed by staff at all levels. The recommendation system for new ideas and product development is managed by the R&D department.
- The recommendations that are appropriate for feasibility are carried out under progressive design action plan according to the procedure and reviewed, the compliance of prototypes in laboratory and field tests with specifications and target specifications are confirmed. (When needed, the verification tests are performed in the expert laboratories in both domestic and international).
- In line with the outcomes, the production structure, cost, target specifications and mold apparatus works are updated.
- Pilot production is made as the amount determined from the product of which design validation studies are completed and results are evaluated and if needed, modifications are made and the product is made ready for series production.
- The products of which product file is prepared, patent, utility model and industrial design registrations are made; catalogs, user and service manuals are prepared and international product approvals are made (CE etc.) are included in the production program with serial production decision. Every year, product portfolio is reviewed again and products are determined which shall be removed from or added to the portfolio. All documentation pertaining to the products is prepared in R&D department in accordance with the standards.
