Warranty Policy

The device is covered by a 2 (TWO) YEAR WARRANTY against all labor and manufacturing defects, including all parts, provided that it is used as shown in the user manual and no maintenance, repair, or other intervention is carried out by anyone other than our authorized technical service personnel.

  • The warranty will be void if the device is interfered with by persons other than Inoksan Authorized Services or if non-original parts are used. For this reason, please direct your service requests to our company through the Inoksan Call Center at +90 850 290 44 00.
  • The determination of technical methods to address malfunctions and the identification of parts to be replaced is entirely at the discretion of our company.
  • The warranty for devices sold by Inoksan is only valid within the borders of Turkey.
  • The warranty period for replaced parts during the warranty process is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased product.
  • Malfunctions resulting from use contrary to the guidelines in the user manual,
  • Damage occurring during loading, unloading, or transportation after delivery,
  • Damages and malfunctions caused by gas, water, drainage, and steam installations not compliant with the conditions specified in the user manual,
  • Damages and malfunctions resulting from low or high mains voltage, ungrounded electrical connections, or faulty electrical installations are NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
