This big organization was held to introduce one of the most important food of Turkish cuisine, bulgur, on 28-29 May 2016 and 101 different and special bulgur dishes were prepared at world class special kitchen of İnoksan by famous chefs in company with attractive presentations and visual shows.
İnoksan supported the first Bulgur Fest of Turkey organized by Vegetable Oil Presentation Group, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, Gaziantep Commodity Exchange and Gaziantep University at Gaziantep, chosen as Gastronomy City by UNICEF, as golden sponsor
