"MEMORIES OF A CHEF WİTH INOKSAN" STARTS AT ISTANBUL GELISIM UNIVERSITY
Leading and innovative brand of industrial kitchen equipments, İnoksan carried "Memories of a Chief" project into effect with support of Murat Aslan, the Kitchen Coordinator of Big Chef's.
At the first panel held on 23 March 2016 at Istanbul Gelişim University, Murat Aslan shared experiences and knowledge with students.
The panel began with presentation of İnoksan North Marmara Manager Tanju Başay on accurate kitchen planning. Başay emphasized the importance of detecting capacity program, menu, presentation type, business character, material supplement opportunities and organization and showed examples of successful kitchen projects given to competent businesses. Chef Murat Aslan started to share his experiences and memories from his gastronomy education started in 1988 and also gave some craft knowledge to students. He stated that he believes that experience may also be gained by sharing rather than experiencing, so he decided to organize student meetings.
"Memories of a Chef with İnoksan" project will continue to visit and inform the students attending gastronomy, culinary arts and tourism departments of different universities.
