At the conference, relation between brand value and corporate reputation was discussed and requirements of reputation management were examined.
Board Chairman Vehbi Varlık shared his experiences and knowledge with participants at first session of the conference. Varlık said: "The process should be planned in detail before starting. A planned initiation is a must for branding. Your products and services should be quality; customer satisfaction is vital. Institutionalisation, share and creating value are important.
You should give importance to communication for branding. For branding and protecting the reputation of company, it is highly important for authorized staff to master his/her field and monitor developments on site. Do not underestimate the power of leadership."
At the conference gathering lots of important people from academic community and business world, reputation concept in international relations, business management, human resources, new media, public relations and sustainable research fields were also discussed.
