• Manufactured of AISI sheet and profile completely ,
• Load bearing construction of s/s closed  box  

profile of 40x20x1.2 mms  and ends closed with  

plastic wedges ,

• Draining well  for draining the oil of fried potatoes

and  the stacking section for warm keeping  

• Temperature adjustment  with 6 positions switch ,
• 2 pcs of300W halogen lamps keeping  the potatoes

                warm  and ready  for distribution.
