GENERAL FEATURES

* Perfect 700seri, ½ module, with cupboard

* Double gastronomy pool, 2 baskets

* The device body is made of stainless steel stoned sheet,

* Oil reservoir for burnt oil and sediments to settle to the bottom cold zone

* With 3/4” ball valve and gastronomy tub under the pool for draining the oil from the reservoir,

* Temperature control between 100-192 C with multi-stage thermostat gas valve, automatic ignition device and pilot flame, magnet safety system that will automatically cut off the gas if the flame goes out,

* It can work with LPG, NG and derivatives of these gases (G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) and can be converted without any modification,

* Limit to ensure safety against excessive temperature spikes with thermostat,

* Gas burners are in the form of stainless steel pipes and can operate in all gases,

* Adjustable stainless pipe legs, carrier sheets 2mm aluminized sheet metal,

* It is produced with a cabinet with door as standard. The cabinet is made of stainless steel. Cabinet doors have plastic handles.
